Explaining the Score
When you use the slider it creates a score from 0 to 100 (100 being top, most positive, calm or happy score). You create that score twice a day. Once in the morning and once at the end of the day. The system looks at the difference between the two scores.
Your Action Cures calendar shows the score you enter each day. On the left is the wake up score and on the right is your end score. The higher the score, the darker shade of green.
In the example above the starting score was 10, the end was 89. So you can see a lighter shade at the beginning of the day, and a darker shade at the end.
We know this might not be perfect, but it should mean you can glance at the calendar and get a feel for each day you’ve entered data.
A grey box means you haven’t entered any data for that day. You can up date this by clicking on the day number, and entering a score.
